  • “Agent” means a registered real estate professional holding a valid RERA license.
  • “Content” means any listing, data, images, or materials uploaded by users or agents.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use our platform.
  • Agents and brokers listing or promoting properties must hold a valid RERA license as per the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
  • Zamin Zaydaat reserves the right to verify RERA details and remove or suspend listings by unlicensed agents without notice.

4. Platform Role & Limitations

Zamin Zaydaat is a digital intermediary providing an online space for property listings.
We:

  • Do not act as a property broker or dealer.
  • Do not guarantee the authenticity, legality, or accuracy of listings.
  • Are not responsible for any disputes, frauds, or misrepresentations by users or agents.
  • Do not participate in any transaction between buyer and seller.

Users are advised to verify all property details and credentials before making any transaction.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and listing.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including RERA and property laws.
  • Not upload any misleading, fraudulent, or copyrighted content.
  • Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with others.

Zamin Zaydaat reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

6. RERA License Requirement for Agents

  • All agents listing properties on Zamin Zaydaat must provide valid RERA registration details.
  • Agents without RERA registration will be disqualified from listing properties.
  • Zamin Zaydaat may verify license numbers and display agent registration details publicly on listings.
  • Misrepresentation or use of false RERA credentials will lead to account termination and possible legal action.

7. Property Listings & Content

  • All property details, prices, images, and descriptions are submitted by users or agents.
  • Zamin Zaydaat does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of property data.
  • We reserve the right to edit, remove, or reject any listing that violates laws, policies, or public interest.

By uploading content, you grant Zamin Zaydaat a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote that content on our platform.

8. Payments & Services

Some features or promotional listings may require payment.

  • All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
  • Zamin Zaydaat uses secure third-party gateways for payments but does not store card or banking details.
  • Pricing and services may change at any time without prior notice.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

  • Post fake or duplicate listings.
  • Misrepresent ownership of a property.
  • Use the platform for illegal or unethical activities.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform or its users.

Violation may lead to account suspension, content removal, and legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Disclaimer of Liability

Zamin Zaydaat:
